Lightning strikes twice
As well as being accused of anti-Semitic intentions, Mel Gibson's film The Passion of Christ has had problems in the form of lightning strikes. First assistant director Jan Michelini was hit while they were filming in Matera, Italy. Then he and James Caviezel (playing Jesus) were both struck while filming during a storm, just outside Rome.
