Yesterday I bought The Living End's new album, Modern Artillery. As yet I can't say if it's any good, having only listened to it four times, but it's a lot different, just like Roll On was a lot different to their self-titled album. There is punk, there is ska, there is rockabilly, there is ska, there is reggae, there is blues, there is country, there is even a bit of electronica. Haven't watched the DVD yet. More on this later...
The band are doing a show in Melbourne City, a show in Narre Warren and a show in Frankston. I'm considering going to all three.
